How do I book?
Choose a suitable pet hotel on the search page and create a request with dates and pet details. Once the facility approves, you make the advance payment.
Can I cancel a booking?
Cancellations up to 48 hours before check-in are refunded in full. For later cancellations, 50% of the service fee is retained.
Is payment secure?
Card payments are processed by the licensed payment institution iyzico; card details are not stored on Petopiya’s servers. The amount can be held in escrow until the service is complete.
How can a pet hotel join?
Provider applications and subscription plans will open soon. Until then, you can get in touch through Petopiya’s contact page.
